Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at:

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging where possible.

Return process
Please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and confirm the return address.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, we will notify you about your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items
Used items, items not in their original condition, or items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.
